What to include
Tell us the portal or purpose, applicant type, preferred validity, whether you already have a USB token and your deadline. Do not send Aadhaar images, PAN images, OTPs, token PINs or other identity secrets by ordinary email.
Office hours and response
Use the enquiry form at any time. Calls are handled during normal business hours. Response time is not guaranteed during public holidays, peak filing dates or issuer maintenance windows, so begin urgent renewals early.
